  20. Contact the Total Control support group at 1-800-231-8770 and ask.  Yes,
  21. there is new V34+ firmware available on their ftp site for the dual
  22. rackcard, but it won't work in the quad.  New Quad rackcards are
  23. reportedly shipping with a later firmware than that posted on the ftp
  24. site, and it is said to contain V34+. A friendly call to USR's Total
  25. Control support folks may just make it available to you.
